DAC for Speakers and Headphones

Currently I have to keep switching the output depending on what I'm doing, films/gaming etc... I have the Edifier 1280Ts and Sennheiser headphones, both of which use 3.5mm jack from the back of my PC. While I don't mind switching them, I'm after a more permanent solution.

Ideally I would like a DAC which has the following:

Optical from PC to DAC
2x 3.5mm inputs (headphones/speakers)
Optional: Switch for changing output devices
Is not PCIE as I don't have the space

What would you recommend?

Actually, I forgot the Edifiers have dual RCA so I could use the Audioengine D1 right?

Or the SMSL SD793-II if you want a cheaper option that does the same thing

It does look nice but I like the idea I can power the D1 via USB instead of mains.
