2 years max age (wants some manufacturer warranty)
16k max budget
diesel

330d Estate.

Audi A4 Sport TDI Estate.

Merc C220d Avantgarde Estate.

All of these on '53 plates will be in budget, but I'm guessing that's too old - they will all still be in warrantee though.

Well you've already got a Mondeo TDCi Ghia X in the family so you know how good they are.

Add to the fleet, get a nice Estate. I'd rather have a BMW 530d Sport Touring but you don't have a hope in hell of getting a 2 year old one for that money.

Possibly a daft suggestion but here goes nothing..

If you were looking for something stupidly cheap you can pick up nearly new Signums for low prices these days. Maybe the 150ps 1.9CDTi would do for what you're looking for. Either that or the Vectra C Estate.

not a fan of the vectra estates, had a 55 plate for 3 days while i was in greenock about a fortnight ago.

the rear window visability is poor imo.

had a 2.2 petrol engine i think, which was gutless and overall felt like crap.
