Thoughts on this pic

Any comments/critique on this? I forgot the head for my tripod so had to handhold in low light but hopefully I will be able to get out this evening and have a go at something similar

lovely composition, maybe it might look better taken from a slightly lower angle?? :confused:

Thanks for the comments - I agree the lower angle shots seem to work better - I was waiting for the light to be perfect for a decent shot with a sunset and the daffs but it never materialised while I actually had my tripod. Also being right on the verge of a busy dual carriageway makes for limited background choice.

To be honest Im pretty uninspired by these pics. Im trying to approach the photography I do get around to doing (which is not very often) with an idea in my head of the shots I want to come home with. Doesn't always seem to work, but its got to be better than the shoot it and see method I've always gone for in the past.

Great shots. Nice compo and POV on the first one. Nice compo on the 3rd one too. Spring is in the air
