Does anybody know what font the Daily Mail uses to report it's most shocking and depraved headlines? It's superficially similar to Times New Roman and I know the beef it up on occasion, sometimes with bold, and when they really mean it they underline it

When I find the font I can rest easy knowing that I can reply to shocking and depraved thread topics in the correct tone of voice.

There was an online tool that you could upload pics to and would tell you the fonts used.. can't remember the name though.

Useful post. Would you care to expand or is that as good as they get?
Possibly refering to the severely right wing oppinions shown in the Daily Mail? And why anyone would want there oppinion to be associated with such nazi rubbish? :p

In other news, where did that excellent mexican joke thread go?

I was wooshing as I thought people had underestimated the sarcasm of the original post.

Seems however that I overestimated it by your reply. Appologies!

I found a font that's looks like a match,

VeritasBlack.gif

It's name?

Veritas Black.

You couldn't make it up. :D

The original post wasn't sarcastic. I often type in a Daily Mail voice because it helps me vent my inner rage at the world in my own little way.

Cheers Tru.

EDIT

Lolzers is it really called that? Hahahahaha :D

What's there to "get"?

I want to know what font the Daily Mail type in, so that when I point out that I will not tolerate something I do it in the right tone of voice, textually speaking.

Ooooh the font name

Veritas = truth/true
Black = c'mon, the Daily Mail....

This thread really is, i believe, a prime example of how exactly GD is going down the gutter.

Well done lads

Not everyone here has made it a "prime example" (which I don't even agree with you on) of gd's slump, so don't tar all with the same brush.

Infact I'd go as far as saying this thread brought a smile to my face :)

No, your post is.

You bumped a thread, (that served a purpose and had run it's course) with an inflammatory comment, for the sole purpose of creating ill-feeling. And lo! You have succeeded, because I now think you're a bit of a goit.
