Daimler sovereign

***** to the max. Only acceptable if you are a genuine gangster and want to use it for karting bodies around.

I want the V12 Verson of these :D

But with the Jag badge for reasons because i would rather a jag badge rather then Daimler :p

They are a dieing breed down here though because ****ing ****ers keep putting bloody Comodore engines in them :(

Given the expense of rebuilding a Jag V12, especially outside the UK, I'm not surprised that folks in Aus are resorting to swapping the motor for a small block Chevy....

They do it to FJ40 and BJ40 Land Cruisers aswell! :( :( :( :( (They could atleast use a 1UZ and keep it in the family)

those are 2 cars i actually need to get hold of before there are none left with out a V8 Commodore engine :(

Lovely motors to drive, if you like wafting.

Double six is great but it is an absolute ball breaker to pay to fill up, easy to stick 80 quid in the tanks and have it gone by the end of the week.

Always remember when I took one for a test drive, one tank was empty and the other was full so when the seller switched the tanks over, naturally the full tank's pump packed up. Had to pull over and spend some time with the seller re-plumbing the fuel tanks to get it going again :D

Straight six is the one to have really.

Well built, just exceptionally well put together upmarket Jaguars basically, with improved trim :)

Why? A small block Chevy is cheaper, tougher, easier to acquire bits for....why mess around with any other engine if you're going to repair on the cheap?

Not saying it's right, but I understand the reasons for doing it well enough.
