Dairy-free dessert/ice cream recipe book recommendation

A friend of mine recently got diagnosed as lactose intolerant and changing her diet.

She likes making nice food especially ice cream. As she's already got a couple of savoury dairy-free recipe books, thought I'd get her one specific to desserts and/or ice cream for her birthday.

Any recommendations?
 
Going solely by the title, ingredient availability might be a somewhat draining experience for you, but it might be worth picking this up at the same time as a companion piece.

In all seriousness, a friend has this and swears by it. Like your title, it's heavily weighted towards the American market, but most ingredients are readily available and those which aren't are straightforward enough to substitute.
