Daisy chain?

Is it ok to run a graphics card 2 X 8 pin power connectors off one cable?

My PSU has a cable with daisy chain connectors. Or should I use 2 separate cables (not sure if my modular psu supports 2 cables it's an EVGA 650 GQ 80+).

Are there any drawbacks or will everything be ok? Been running it like this for 2 years and only just noticed!

3070. Just wasn't sure if running 2x8 pins off one cable was wise. I've had no problems to date but wondered if there might be issues with power drops etc I hadn't noticed affecting performance
