Has anyone done this?
The reason I'm posting is that I'm a bit unsure how to go about it. I've read guides about DCing 3-pin fans, and that you only connect one of the signal wires. However, the RedWings have 4 wires and a 4-pin plug, but I found they don't actually plug into a 4-pin PWM header - the tab is the wrong shape. They do however run perfectly off a 3-pin header which leads me to beleive that one of the wires is redundant and I should daisychain them like a 3-pin fan. The wire colours are red, black, blue, green if that helps at all.
