Damaged AIO radiator fins

Yes, I'm an idiot. I put the screw in too far and it damaged some of the radiator fins. It doesn't look like the tubing is damaged but it's hard to tell. I've tried running the cooler without the GPU installed in case it started spewing water everywhere but it seemed fine. I'm running it now and there doesn't appear to be any issues. My temps were reaching mid-60s under IBT.

I just wanted to make sure there's nothing likely to go wrong in future? If there was a leak would it be really obvious?

if it is just the fins you will be fine, if it is the channels then that is a different story, if it was going to leak, it would have straight away I would imagine, however, I haven't ever damaged a radiator so I do not know

As above that is insignificant for the cooling efficiency and can be easily straightened with a small flat head screw driver. Only a leak would be cause for concern but the tubes aren't under the screw hole anyway.

If ya had it running and it doesn't leak then it's fine. Looks like you landed between the pipes.
