Can't see your pics, but an alloy wheel refurb will almost certainly sort it out. Typical cost is about £80-£100 a wheel I think.

If the damage isn't too severe, talking like buckling of alloy, then you should just be able to get it repaired. Though you say scratched so it's likely just a touch up needed. Pretty cheap.
 
Ahh that's nothing at all! Don't worry about it ;)

Should be a cheap fix. Any local indie could likely get that invisible.
 
Cheers guys, I didn't realise you can get these quick repair/touch up jobs.

I'll look into a quick touch up job after the new year.
