Damaged freezer 64 pro

Howdy,

Just received a freezer 64 pro off of somebody, and the lower bracket that "guards" the fan, has been snapped off and into two...Do any of you guys think this will impair the cooling efficiencey of the product? I dont believe it will...but thought i should check.

Also, you know how the fan is held in place by four rubber "pins" so to speak...well, one of the support features for the pins is also missing, again i dont think this will increase noise or impair the cooling, but any comments for satisfaction will be nice

I'd just RMA it to be honest.

Edit: If its second hand I'd want my money back.

Well it was only £10...so, its not exactly gona make me bankrupt.

Ah well, i shall try it anyways and see how things go i guess, thank you for the reply.

if you mean the black plastic fan assembly then nope just stick it togethr or something

Indeed i do, its not the entire bracket, it i just one segment if you get me, i'll give it a go with some glue tonight maybe, have to get some glue that isnt going to melt the plastic!
