Damaged Phanteks Luxe Black

Bought a new case yesterday(OCUK), openned today to find out that there are some damages to the front part of the case.
Crack to the front, damaged retention clips.
I have already contacted OCUK and RMA was immediately issued.

My issue is that I only have time during this Easter break to finish my build, was really hoping to finish it and carry on with other things that keeps me busy and away from modding that I have done before.

How is your experience with Phanteks support?
Should I contact Phantecks and request a replacement front panel?
Since the front is removable I can still carry on installing all of my gear and watercooling and just replace the front, but only if Phantecks would send me one.
I know OCUK does not and rightfully so they want the whole case back.


 
Phantek support is generally quite good so i would contact them and they will send a replacement part, send them the pic as well.
 
Contact Phanteks, they should send you a replacement front panel. I had the Phanteks logo missing on the PSU shroud, they said they'll send me one, however you may have to wait 2 to 3 weeks though.
 
Yep, I have contacted Phanteks with all the images and requested replacement parts for top and front.
I can wait for few weeks if it takes that much.
Issue for me is that I need to finish this during the Easter break. If I send back the case and get a new one i will never have time till another big break.

What case do you have? Does luxe supposed to have a logo on PSU shroud?
 
recently got one delivered too and the box looked like it had been thrown around a fair bit, even the polystyrene inside was broken through in places. Luckily my case was still in perfect nick tho.

Seems to be an issue with the heavier items some lazy sod at DPD prob just figures chuck it rather than carry it :p

Personally id let ocuk deal with the rma

Box is in immaculate condition!
Polystyrene is all intact.
 
It doesn't help when phanteks use those crappy plastic clips to hold their panels on. When I removed the top panel on my primo half of the clips where cracked or snapped off. sent a photo to phanteks and they sent a new top straight out. There customer service is good, but I'm not convinced on the over all build quality of their cases.. lots of features tho.
 
So they have sent replacement parts.
But one of the panels has a scratch because between the the two they had only put a plastic cover and they were moving against!
 
my case had a missing rubber foot & the top panel had a tiny bit of paint peel on the rear of it I mean 3mm if that. but after 10 days I got some new replacement parts, & they said just bin or keep the old top panel for spares etc. easy to deal with & very good back up, cheers Phanteks.
