Damanged network cabling to garden studio

I have 2 network cables buried under the garden from the house to the studio. Unfortuntely the cable's broken. I posted a task on Airtasker last month got no good offers.

I've tried just using wifi mesh but for some reason it's terrible. I have the Unifi UAP AC Pro. Distance is about 5m.

The cables run through some ducting but then terminate through the wall, but I'm not knowledgable enough to wire a new one up. Would wifi work through glass and walls? Maybe getting a Unifi U6 Mesh? I'm based in south London.

I can the the cable has been chewed stright through wire.
