I wouldnt expect too much out of this if they feel the only way to get it out there is to bundle the Halo 3 demo with it...

Slim as I would have thought rental copies either wont come with the code at all, or they will be taken out when they arrive at the rental place. Only chance is to go to a rental store and ask before they get the games in.

Don't see why people think the game will be bad because the Halo demo is being included..

Crackdown is being published by Microsoft Games (is it?) and I believe it is the only game being published by them on the Xbox360 in the next few months? So ofcourse they will include the demo if for nothing else but to keep people happy and talking about Halo 3 rather than the PS3 which is rumoured for March.

*(Maybe there are other games being published by Microsoft Games before March but I haven't noticed any)*

Game has been in development for years, was one of the first games to incorporate the achievement system and is from the man who came up with lemmings and GTA - i suggest you watch some of the videos for it; it looks amazing fun and has seemless co-op mode!! i.e your friend can join/leave at anytime.

Slim to none i would have said. Code comes with 'marked' copies of Crackdown. I suspect rental copies won't have the code included at all.

There are a few people willing to totally discount this game now that it is bundled with the Halo beta. I for one am looking forward to it on it's own merits.
Pity the demo is delayed though.

It's true - shame the Halo 3 demo is gonna cost 39.99 though...

Who would have thought including the demo to Halo3 would have adverse effects on the sale of a game :confused:

What a weird world we live in. Personally, I'm not bothered about Halo 3, Halo 1 was quite good, Halo 2 was pretty dire, and I never go into the online for it.
