I just found 2 bills that have been opened and dumped. Both stating it was the final reminder and legal action would be taken if they weren't paid by the 28th of December!!!

Aye mine are the same, had to phone up litigation services last year after my flatmates opened the bills and then chucked them into a corner somewhere so I didn't notice them.

Good point. Probably in a pile somewhere. I'm just annoyed this one was opened and without being read properly, thrown in another pile to be forgotten about. Will have to just pay it tomorrow and keep our fingers crossed.

just talk to them, show some rage..... we are really good.. when we get a bill whoever reads it normally shouts a lot of bad words and we all find out what the deal is straight away

I always thought these were just student/young person stereotypes, I've been a student for 3 years now and can honestly say we have never ignored a bill. Maybe I've just been lucky with house mates
