Hi, i'm moving over to Intel so i'm thinking do i stick with my TDX and buy an adaptor plate to use on skt 775 or do i just go and get a Fusion.
Is there a massive difference in performance?

Massive? A few degrees certainly but only you can say whether that is massive. I wouldn't spend money buying a plate. Better to buy a better block.

Hey Mike, nice for you to pop in.
Yeah i've kinda made my mind up browsing the net today that i'm going to get a Fuzion.

I'd say the difference is fairly massive, if you're loading at something like 50 with a fuzion and 55 with a TDX (likely to be be more, especially with a quad, they're not great tbh) thats a minimum 10% difference.. that canmake a huge difference to a clock or the amount of noise from fans to keep it under control.

I'd say there's a big difference as well. Like matt says, example of 50C vs 55C is 'only' 5C, but if you think that 55C on the D-Tek might be a notch or two higher on voltage and maybe a few hundred Mhz as well? Depends if you're going to be temp limited or not.
