I was wondering if many of you are actively playing DAoC on the above US server. I started a couple of weeks ago and I'm really enjoying it, it makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside when I have been revisiting places like Mularn, Jordheim and Vasudheim (in Mid)

I kept thinking I'd give it another go and did try a free server, which had it's moment, but apart from the free level 50's you really can't beat a properly supported and maintained server. That being the case I downloaded the 14 day free trial, the Catacombs expansion and a custom UI (Bobs) and logged in...
I soon found a number of friendly yanks and europeans that helped me on my way with some gold and items and I've been leveling along slowly but surely, just passed 15. And I must say I'm enjoying it, there are lots of people on the server, even when the Americans are all in bed (possibly due to the EU people relocating to the US server) and people are happy to help when you have a problem or question in /advice.
I'd say if anyone is pondering whether or not to give it another go, it's definately worth it as a few of the BGs are still active, end game PvP is still active and there are always groups asking for people to do the ML, CLs etc.
