I like it a lot 
The dungeon areas right at the start of the demo seemed a bill dull graphically but hopefully they will tart them up more for the final release.

the demo is brill IMHO. Have to say the combat system is one of the best fps melee combat systems around.
Very satisfiying combat, looks good to, although in some places the graphics do look poor, not all of them but a few textures could do with being redone by there art department.
AI is good to, the guys run away when hurt to much to get help althou the gameplay style doesn't really allow the AI to show off as the combat is close quarters the enemies sort of head straight for you.
But after playing the demo for the 20th time I can say that I am still finding different ways of approaching the demo level. The stealth aspect of the game is a bit iffy as sometimes you can be in the shadows but the stealth gauge shows you as highly visible.
I've got played around with the demo, enabling all spells, spawning zombie armies, god mode, unlocking hidden weapons (i.e the wizards staff) plenty of fun to be had in the game. I will log on later tonight and post the instructions for unlocking this content. Its worth it as you can fight the troll or spawn a couple of them.
From fighting the troll, I worry about the full games AI and path finding ability, as I kept finding the troll would get lost, or just stand there staring at me, but then you not meant to fight the troll on the demo at all so will wait for full release before damning the game fully. (n.b. Killing the troll is loads of fun and very violent, well depending on how you kill him )

1) Create a txt file using notepad.
2)Save the file as myconfig.cfg in the cfg folder, which is located in the mm folder of the game install.
3)Paste the following into the file

bind "F3" "mm_npc_create_cyclope"
bind "F4" "mm_npc_create_Phenrig"
bind "F5" "mm_npc_create_human_guard_bow"
bind "F6" "mm_npc_create_undead"
bind "F7" "mm_npc_create_wizard"
bind "F8" "exec myconfig.cfg"
bind "F9" "god"
bind "n" "noclip"
bind "[" "map_warrior e3_l06_l09"
bind "l" "mm_player_add_skillpoints 20"
bind "q" "mm_player_add_adrenaline 100"
bind "mouse3" "ent_remove"
bind "mouse4" "ent_text"
bind "r" "CreateHairball"
bind "t" "give weapon_mm_staff_wood"

In the target field add the following to the end of the field (n.b. Place a space at the end first.)
+sv_cheats 1 +map_warrior e3_l06_l09 +exec myconfig.cfg
example from my machine
"D:\Games\Might and Magic\Dark Messiah Demo\mm.exe" +sv_cheats 1 +map_warrior e3_l06_l09 +exec myconfig.cfg
5) Double click on the newly created shortcut to load the tweaked demo.
Key Mappings
F1 = Spawn Orc
F2 = Spawn Goblin
F3 = Spawn Cyclopes
F4 = Spawn Phenrig (Dude with goaty in tutorial)
F5 = Spawn Human Guard
F6 = Spawn Zombie
F7 = Spawn Wizard (No Texture for this model)
F8 = Executes your config again if the settings mess up
F9 = God Mode
n = Noclip
[ = Reload Map
I'll let you play with the reset of the binds
Also gives you full stats and Skills, and gives you unlimited arrow ammo.

Is this after adding the cheats or u just downloaded it and its never worked or ??
