This has a free trial now? I played beta but it wasnt as good as i expected but now that its matured a bit and the trial is free, think i will give this a go. Was supposed to be very much like uo which as we all know is one of the greatest mmos of all time 
I have played for a few hours so far and I really like what Darkfall has to offer. However, I am constantly deleting my character and remaking it, because I can't decide what race to play. It's important in a Skill Based game cos, well, you only have one character.

I'd keep in mind that all character models are getting updated soon, so check out the new pics on the forums as well.
If you're still playing, the first few weeks may be daunting, figuring out the game, knowing what spells do what and learning things of other people but it's a far more rewarding experience than any AAA mmo out there. here's a vid of the recently held tournament on eu1.
