Darksiders 2 white pause screen glitch

Fired DS2 up today and when ever I go into my inventory and back out again the screen is just this background pic of slightly moving mist, Music but nothing else and I have to alt-tab and quit.

Anyone encountered this problem by chance ?

yea mine does that or if it doesnt do that it will either just stutter or screen will go black and i have to exit.

i just give up with it in the end

109 mins played and ive played about 10 mins of it lol

Found a fix, Turn vsync on both ingame and at driver level
