DAS age 25?

I was speaking to a guy last night and he informed me that the legal age is changing from 21 to 25 at the end of the year.

I tried to google this and came up with nothing. Is he talking rubbish or is there any truth in this?

P.S. How many hours does it usually take to pass a DAS, I am a car driver so understand the roads and I've also did my CBT before hand.

He was close, it's 24.

You're look at about 5 - 10 hours probably. Obviously, it varies person to person.

I better get my backside in gear then. Thanks for that!
