Data loss on Memory stick

Recently when i went to plug in my memory stick it says that i have to re-format it. It has all my school work on it which is very important! tried to recover some files with EASEUS Data recovery wizard but it will not reconise it because its not formated. What will i do?

try recovermyfiles you can get it from a torrent. if that dont work format it then ty it it should recover them anyway

try reformatting and using recuva, long shot but give it a go.

i got a usb stick that sometimes like to work on my lappy saying the exact message the OP says. it always work on my desktop.
try the put in another computer.

Another vote for Recuva - has worked for us on plenty of USB sticks and camera memory cards.
