OK for all those people obessed with the Data Protection Act (like myself) I have an interesting query.
So I was requesting some back-dated bank statements of which I needed six, each four pages in length. The nice lady I was talking to said that it would be... £10 per page!!!!!
Hysterical laughter soon followed about the prospect of paying £180 for some paper and pondering that it will probally be written on human skin and delivered via horse back.... But then I remembered the good ole data protection act. Doesn't it state that I can request any information they have on me for a minium of £10? Do banks in the UK follow different laws?
