Data recovery software to access android

Hi,

Wife deleted files from Google drive, but had backup turned on, so it's also deleted from the device.

Is there a recovery software I can use?

I've had a Google, there are lots available but few seem to actually work.

What's your go to, needs to be windows pc based

I would normally use PhotoRec, Get Data Back and Recuva. Get Data Back is not free mind.

Im not sure how effective any of these will be given how the deletion happened but worth a try.

Did you check the bin in Google Drive? By default, items are sent to the bin for 30 days rather than perma deleted.

Yeah, she emptied it, because Google trying to make her pay for larger storage. Not realising it mirrored when the setting was set to backup
