I'm just putting a simple website together for some market research for a buiness venture, I have a flyer designed already that will point potential customers to the website.
I want to put a questionaire on the website and collect the results somehow. I have no idea how to do this and don't have the time to learn. Is there any software I can download of premade forms I can put into my website that will collect the data into a database or email me the results for each individual who completes the questionaire?
My knowledge of webpage design is limited to HTML and CSS, I tried to llok into PHP etc but haven't got the time to learn it properly and only need it for this task.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
