database query design help

I am taking an ICT course and i have to create a database using MS Access.

I want to be able to search for everyone over the age of 18 from my organisation.

The code '<Date()' searches for everyone born before today, who is included in my database

How would i go about putting a limit on it, and searching for everyone who is 18 or older from todays date
