Can someone tell me the pro's and cons of using ms access for database purposes?


The database in question is a mobile phone database with all sorts of information about the phone and will be acssed by a few people at the same time with information being updated/changed frequantly and print offs being done etc.

using ms access means all the data is stored in one file for a start, so if it corrupts the whole database goes, unlike say a SQL database.
