Daughters PC stuck in bootloop :(

Daughters PC constantly loops showing this message:

It's an ASUS and boots up with Republic of Gamers logo. I've F2'd in the BIOS, but no idea how to boot in safe mode. I can get to this screen:

Any ideas?

She tells me the PC wouldn't turn off one night so she fat fingered it Obvs in the middle of an update or something.

When you turn the machine on, hold the power button in as soon as you see the spinning circle that tells you Windows is loading. Do this 2-3 times until Windows eventually gives up and takes you into Recovery Mode where you should be able to do more.

Couldn't get into recovery mode that way

Ended up creating a W11 boot USB and after going through all the options, the only thing that worked was resetting the PC - fortunately keeping all her files.
