Dawn of War Books?

Can't link to it from work so I'm not sure if it's the same one, but I'm nearly finished the Dawn of War Omnibus by CS Goto at the moment. 1st book, which follows the game story, isn't bad, but the second and third are really, really good - much better than you'd expect from a so-called pulp sci-fi novel. Go for it :)

That's the one. Good read, with the first book being the weak one, probably cos I more or less knew the story from the game.

The Space Wolves Omnibus is another really good one. The only black library books that haven't grabbed me so far are the Gaunt's Ghosts ones - just got bored silly half way through the second one.

I read the Eisenhorn omnibus, and it was pretty damned good. Read through a bunch of the Horus Heresy books as well, although some of them did stray into pulp sci-fi territory. Havent read any of the actual DOW books though, just the 40k ones.

Used to be into warhammer in my younger days, but DoW is damned good fun!

Never liked the books, really aimed towards younger readers. If you like warhammer, give them a read, but it isnt going to be a life changing experience :p

The horus heresy is without a doubt the best series of books they could think of doing, such an in dept story and they plan on doing like 6 books... the latest book (Legion) has actually made me consider changing sides! :)

I agree the space wolves omnibus is good, wish it was the full series though, cant have an omnibus finish mid story!
