Looks like it has better cable management than the Storm Scout that I have RMA'd but I can't bring myself to like the front panel design of the HAF series.

its coming back to me now i saw this and it stated ASIA only for black interiors, it is indeed black and available not in the usa haha! :P for once something good about being a UK shopper, which brings me to my new dilemma UK and northern ireland.

i hit buy and ocuk want £13... 2 day delivery which i dont want, i want the case slowly and cheaply but you wont offer me this.

you might as well remove all special offers as in my eyes when u see special price today only of £39 u go woo then u realise hey its actualy that + £15 delivery it brings it home that with google i can find it cheaper AGAIN from another uk etailer.

living in northern ireland OCUK are simply not as good as the other major retailers, just grab a random postcode of a NI bussiness and see for yourself.

Yeah i'm not impressed with OCUKs shipping either, most websites will give you free courier if you spend over X amount of money, i ordered a £1.5k PC and still had to pay the 16 pound delivery.

They also try charge £4 for a 2nd class royal mail delivery on a mouse mat =\

What mouse mat was it though? Basic bog standard, or a massive boogie bug, which is actually quite heavy for the post!

Yeah boogie board, and the postage to post something that size is a lot less than £4 2nd class you can get RMSD for £5 =\

just priced 2.48 for a SMALL coolermaster mouse pad, second class stamp + Envelope = 60p. They must charge the extra for handling fee's =\

Yeah, agreed delivery costs for these one-day only deals are a pain! After adding that on to the price its about the same if not more than other well known IT retailers.

Think it'd be much better to include free delivery on the today only items and it'd attract many more customers. Having said that, depending on the product, I think OcUK customer service is usually worth that little bit extra.

Feel for those in NI.

Except the absolute minimum is going to be the size of the shipping packet. Its not going to be a second class stamp, it will be a packet firstly, so a minimum of £1.17 for upto 100g. I bet the Boogie Bug XL will weight at least 250, which the weight bracket is 250-500g which is £1.95. A jiffy bag large enough for the boogie bug is also lookign at 30-35p each. Yes, they are allowed to charge for packing the product up.

Anyway!

well as i said, we post here as our expense to alert them to our problems and view points, sadly this is like the 5th time posting and nothing seems to ever change.

im going to probably buy it tomorrow morning a si have finally found the best price in the UK delivered to me in northern ireland for £65.33.

im sure Its also a lot cheaper for companies to post items than the public if they set up a royal mail account the question is why should i order from OCUK and pay delivery when you can order from some where else and get free delivery which comes to cheaper than the item on OCUK.

If they remedy this issue they might get more sales.

Just a thought though

well my webnote said this guys

Dear XXXXXX

Thank you for your web note. We unfortunately currently do not offer free delivery to NI at the moment, sorry for any inconvenience caused.

Regards,

XXXXXX

so no offer of 50% off shipping nothing, i have spent like 3K on OCUK and will spend another 1K-in january and yet they still dont value customers from northern ireland.

honestly guys you deserve to lose a lot of business for the attitude and lazyness i know you are making extra profits off our postage and its not fair, the easy way to prove this is by buying an item off ocuk or simply try to post the same item to them, ask the local post office how much is costs and i bet you its about 50% off the price OCUK charge!

this or the price of cardboard boxes has went through the roof!
