So I notice there isn't a thread about this game yet, for me it looks really interesting, and very similar to Outlast.

It's coming to PS4 on April 29th.

You awake, trapped in an abandoned hospital. Your only source of light is your phone. You hit a dead-end and must turn around, but behind you lurks an eerie presence and strange noises...

Experience Daylight, a procedurally generated psychological thriller for your PlayStation®4. The all-new Unreal Engine 4 enhances the visuals of your escape to freedom like never before, heightening every bone-chilling detail of your surroundings. Get lost in a maze that changes with every playthrough, allowing for limitless replayability and the tension of unpredictability every time you start the game. Navigate to safety while avoiding what lurks in darkness. What will be waiting for you down the next corridor?

Certainly sounds interesting, and looks great too.

Now Am I man enough to play it without being scared. :o

To me it just looks like Outlast but instead of a camera you have a phone.

Edit - Dynamic maps sounds interesting though.

Never did play outlast on ps4 after downloading for free from ps+... Did I chicken out?? I did however play outlast on my pc when it was first released.. was pretty scary.

still, agree, this does look the same but instead of a camera you now have a mobile phone instead.

Looks exactly like outlast which isnt a great thing as that was hardly next gen and I got bored of it very quickly.

How can a game not be "next gen" elaborate on what you mean ;). The game play was awesome, so what if it's not upto the GFX standards of "next gen" surely it's gameplay over gfx?

Plus aren't both titles, indie games?

Why is being a horror game in the same vein as outlast a bad thing??

This is unreal tech 4, and procedurally generates rooms/content, so it's different that way.

We need more survival horror games and I'm looking forward to it.

Guess we will have to agree to differ. Personally I thought the game looked pretty terrible, and didn't play any better. Few cheap jumps at the start and then didn't go anywhere else. I'm not saying its all about graphics but I didn't buy my PS4 to play games that have worse graphics then my 360.
