Daylight savings blues

OK, vaguely amusing but still annoying problem: Windows just shunted the date attribute on every file on my drive back by one hour! This means that syncing my documents with my usb flash drive is gonna take an hour now, as EVERYTHING needs to be copied cause Synctoy things it's a different file because of the timestamp!

Is there any way to stop this silliness?

I think synctoy used to recognise this, it might have been overlooked in updates it seems. Tbh by now you will have sorted it out anyway i guess ?
