Loving the game but now using a much much faster GPU and the game is still only just playable.
I get a steady 130 FPS or so at 1440p maxed out yet when riding the motorcycle it feels horrible, can notice the game also slow down, not the FPS just like the actual speed of the game.. it is so weird.

I didn't have those issues. Have you tried capping frames or anything like that?

The games engine is just not made for high refresh, I run a 170hz QHD display, anything over 60hz acts weird.

There's an issue with the game, causing slow downs on both vendors. If you try running the game at 60HZ via the video screen, but it does not resolve the issue completely. It is indeed an issue with the engine.

You guys are all saying it's an issue with the engine which is fair enough but I never had this issue. It was several months ago I played it so can't remember how I had it set up now but I'm sure it's possible to avoid the issue with some tweaking.

Same. Run it maxed out at 4K at 60fps no issues on my 3070.

For me if I uncap the FPS it feels like everything is being artificially limited.
You can hear the bike revving and going through gears whilst it made a 3% jump in speed.
It will also go slow-mo for a little while.

Played the game for over 50 hours recently and didn't notice any slow motion weirdness, on a 3080 with a 1440p/144 Hz monitor so the game would have been well over 60 FPS.

I recently completed this; 70 hours of game play @Max settings. I didn't notice any issues either.
