Dayz Breaking Point (Arma 3 mod)

I hate Epoch on both DayZ and Arma 3, it's full of ***** waiting outside shop areas shooting new spawns.

Cant wait till the latest map on BP, means I can uninstall BF4 and wait till H1Z1 comes out :D
 
:) you've really got me puzzled now, I play Newhaven only and tend to lurk up at the Northwest airfield area, are you saying that there are better quality barracks than the ranger barracks ? What sort of gear spawns there ? oh and what island are they on ;) ?

That's it in the pic...a black barracks...just did some googling, these are just the ranger barracks, I knew them by another name.

I was wrong about how many on newhaven, seems as though they're all over.

Just ignore me, /facepalm.

On the bright side, i've got a consistent supply of white feathers from these :D
 
:) you had me going for a bit, I've been all over the map and would've been very surprised if there was a barracks I hadn't found. I play with an American, he calls one type of building "the r*p* dungeon", there are two on Newhaven have you found those ? :)

They have some nice gear in them. I'd personally recommend getting a Remington model 7 CDl with a precision barrel with muzzle break, loads of ammo and you can find the Hollow point rounds easy too. The Remington + Mk 12 Mod 1's/SPR's have the fastest bullet velocities in the game, what you're aiming as it what you'll hit if you've worked out how much wind drift you might have. Also get yourself a G36 DMR, they're very nice to shoot but even better just to look at whilst you idle in a bush :)

Not played for 2mths. What's happening with vehicles and aircraft? Are there any?

Saw a land rover going along once and once got buzzed by a chopper but those 2 are all I've ever seen :(
 
I was flying a cesna around at the weekend, it was a ballache to get it in the air though.

Cars, jeeps, trucks, vodniks, helicopters...it's all in, just have to have the patience to repair it and hide it well.

I came across a hidden ural and vodnik within 10 metres of each other on EU9 the other night. The ural had a crazy amount of gear in it, the owners must be so upset considering we took the lot and moved it.

@ shephga...where the heck is this dungeon? ;) I've got 3 x G36 DMR's stashed right now on Newhaven. Anyone who comes into the evac base on Bass island deosn't leave in one piece when i'm about with my few mates.
 
Well, I don't really know why he call's it a dungeon, there are two of them on the map, one on the road on the way up to the main island and the other south of the ATC. They're the buildings with the paintings. They spawn nice gear, the best is heli crashes. Today I picked up two rebreathers + 2 MXM Spec ops with clear sky sights + silencers and lapua mags x 3.

A ha, you mean the villa's, one is labelled Breaking Point HQ on the map right?

I get a heli crash near evac base at least once every server cycle, the amount of high level loot on these is crazy.

However i'm in love with the white feather rifle, haven't missed a shot with that yet.

Desperately trying to find a sight for the FAL.
 
Just watched this flyover video for Bornholm, my god, I don't think i'll play any other map again once it's release. Finally some real looking cities and urban areas.

 
Not played this in months has newhaven been updated much? I seen they added few more bridges? anything else been added? buildings, weapons etc?
