Daz

I would assume that, if the detergent didn't kill germs then they would multiply from the moisture and heat if you used a radiator/dryer to dry? If this is the case then I need to find a washing detergent that specifically states that it kills germs.

The reason I ask is because I'm trying to reduce my facial spots, and if my washing detergent won't kill the germs then washing my pillow case, ect, is in vain.

They wouldn't do much multiplying on the radiator. If washing powders do anything, then they remove grease and dirt from clothing/bed linen. Without grease and dirt to feed on, the bacteria won't be doing much growing. Also, removing the dirt from your pillowcase is surely going to help your fight against spots in itself?..

But why would there still be (any significant level of) bacteria when you are drying them after a wash? The majority of bacteria has been WASHED OUT.

You're not getting spots from your pillow case (or we'd all have them...). You're getting them because you have bad skin.

Daz just makes me come out in an itchy rash, I know other people that can't use it either, I wonder wtf is in it

Most detergents have the same effect on me. I switched to non-bio and the itches and rashes have disappeared. Give it a try!
