i have made a database of clients in microsoft access and would like to intergrate it to webpage and make it searchable buy other people. is it possible to this or are some kind of other technology and tools required. i'd appreciate any thoughts or suggestions about this

Yes it's possible.
What server-side language does your provider support. If it's ASP (classic or otherwise) it's very easy. If it's PHP it's a little more involved, but still possible.
