As long as you have some sort of recovery media Windows OS disk.

I'd recomend using the autonuke feature, gives a 3 pass data wipe which should be enough for someone not to waste their time trying to recover your daytooorrr.

Depending on the size of your disk it may take some time.

Just on a side note, I don't think it supports SSDs.
 
To make things easier, I would do this..

Uninstall anything non-vital
Create a new user account on the PC
Delete old user account
Run CCleaner's free disk space wiper.
