DDC 18w speed control

Is it possible to turn the speed of the pump down its causing too much turbulence in my reservoir. Don't suppose i can just connect it to the lamptron fc6 using the rpm wire of the pump.

Yea u could but wiuld need to use all the wires. But make sure the fan controller is able to take 18w

FC6 can support 20W so should be okay. Thanks.

Mines running happily on my lamptron fc touch which I believe is 20w as well

I've got a MCP35X which is PWM, which is handy.
Like some fans though, there is a range where the noise isn't good.

Will be giving it a try tonight, I'm running my pump externally so first job is to solder some new longer wires on and crimp the 3 pin Molex on.
