DDC Ultra pump vibration

Hi, I've had the DDC 18W pump for over a year now and first just had it velcro'd to the bottom of my case. This caused a bit of vibration which you can hear in the kitchen downstairs through the ceiling! I then got that XSPC L-stand and used loads of rubber washers/o-rings between the pump and stand and also between the stand and the case. Still no luck, vibration same as before. If I remove the pump from the stand and just hold the pump so it isn't touching any surface then there is no vibration.

So my question is, does anybody have any ideas on how I can mount the pump so there is no contact with the case and reduce any vibration. My setup has the pump at the bottom of the case, not far from the outlet of the VGA block.

One of these, cut to size with velcro on both sides

This is my setup - i don't use any foam between both of the DDC18's and the custom bracket. Works like a charm :)

ok, thanks guys, I'll try a block of foam or washing up sponge first! if that doesn't work then will have some fun trying to sort out some kind of cradle or suspended platform

Depending on your top choice you can fit some anti vibration mounts that enable you to then fit the pump in a hard drive bay. The key is NOT to cover the motor as this heats up and can burn itself out of it isn't correctly ventilated.

NB: What you can't see from those pics is that there are hole cuts under the mounts which allow both pumps to breath :)

Use velcro and hang it under hdd cage...
I have built my own hdd cage using velcro, works perfect for hdds..

Hard drive bay is out, i got the XSPC clear top (and also Petra's top) so pump inlet sticking out the top.

I have a spare HDD cage from the case I could maybe mod to act as a cage to suspend it in with velcro or some kind of rubber bands like the post above. I could keep the placement of the pump at the bottom of the case where I still have some room then. But may still go down the foam/sponge route first (with hole cut in it to avoid overheating the bottom of the pump of course!). Thanks folks. Will update this thread with a pic of the best solution :)
