Mr. thepharcyde, if you'd like to use that image as a sig you'll have to put it in bbCode rather than HTML. Encapsulate it in tags like so:

However, this image is too big to be a sig on OcUK. They must be at most 400 pixels wide, 75 pixels tall, and 20 kiB in size.
