DDO signup testing my patience plz help

ok i have a beta key,

i have installed the game,

i have made a cog account,

i have inputted my beta key and ddo shows up under active subscriptions

so why when i goto play does it say invalid user/pass, i checked a million times and they are right.

i also tryed clicking on account on the game launcher but it wont take my beta key says its invalid when its a copy and paste from the email i got

am i missing something out here?

Make sure its case sensitive else it wont work if you have tried that then i have no idea :/
