DDR 3

I don't think many are bothering since it's currently so expensive and not offering much over DDR2 at the moment. BUT I'm sure there are some, and I think I remember reading that, despite the poor timings of the current DDR3 RAM, it still keeps up with DDR2 all other things being equal.
 
One of the problems I have with being an early adopter. Though, I've found a few places that sell it now. The timing are irrelevent between DDR2 and 3, there is no comparision. The timing are only relevent between DDR3 & DDR3.
