DDR Mem tweak guide?

Does anyone know a good way of getting the best out of my DDR2?

I'm currently using this stuff: Crucial Ballistix 2GB (2x1GB) DDR2 PC2-5300C3 667MHz Dual Channel Kit

And it seems good so far. I'm running it at 333FSB 1:1 on my c2d rig.

I'm tighening the timings, but I'm not really sure which one does what. Is it trial and error, or is there some info out there somewhere?

I have C2D 6600 @3.2GHz (Bus Speed 356 MHz, Multi x 9) with ballistix PC6400, running 1:1 @ 356MHz (712MHz) with timings of 3-3-3-6.

I've got my E2160 @ 2.6ghz (333x8), with ballistix 5300 running 2:3 @ 500mhz(1000mhz) with timings of 4-4-4-12

bloody good piece of kit for the price IMO

I've now modded my board with a pencil so I can now get 2.2v to the RAM.

Now let the tweaking commence! :cool:
