Yeah, it does. It just needs to be pushed a little bit harder to fit in the slots !

There are motherboards out there that has two different sets of slots for each kind of RAM. The catch is that you can only use one type of memory at the one time and it only works in single channel. These boards usually have both AGP ports and PCI-E 16x ones. Same deal as above.
