Have a mobo with 4 dimm slots, each take up to DDR2 800, but I have 2 * 1GB DDR2 800 modules and 2 * 1GB DDR2 667 modules, both same make, eg OZC Platinum, Can I run all 4 modules on the same board? i.e at DDR2 667 speeds, If I set it in the BIOS, will the system boot first time?, will I have an stability problems?..

Memory in any one channel should be matched.
So for example on an Intel based system if you are going to mix and match memory you should work in pairs.
On a Gigabyte board for example you would place your 2x 667 modules in say the red memory slots and your 2x 800 modules in your yellow ones.

These modules will overclock at different rates.
If you are running all of your memory at 667 or below then there will be no problems at all, everything should just boot up and away you go.
If you're planning on running all of the memory any faster than 667 then you may have stabilityh issues with the 667 modules.
