Hello to all,
I have some Corsair DDR2 PC6400 (800mhz) memory currently in my pc.
CPU-Z reads that the memory is only running at 377mhz at the standard timings 5.5.5.12 2T.
I have the ASUS crosshair mobo, and have just updated my CPU to the FX-62. My previous chip was the 4200+ AM2 and also ran at the same speeds (377mhz). But when i decided to overclock my cpu from 2.2ghz to 2.4ghz cpu-z then read 400mhz.
So I overclocked my FX-62 from 2.8ghz to 3.0ghz thinking it would make my memory jump to 400mhz. It hasn't and I am wondering what i can do, if anything, to get my memory to run at it's stock value.
Thanks.
