DDR2 + DDR3 at the same time?

Hey. I have four slots for DDR2 memory and two slots for DDR3 on my motherboard (GA-P35c-DS3R). I'm just wondering whether it is a possible/good idea to use all the slots at the same time? (Ie. DDR2+DDR3 at the same time).
