DDR2 / DDR3 ??????

I'm confused,

Why is there loads of ddr2 motherboards with fsb 1333,

But no 1333 ddr2 memory?

I'm thinking of upgrading to a wolfdale or conroe, and later sli my ultra when priced plummett, however motherboard/memory is a ??? i thought you matched the fsb to your memory for best performance.

The 1333 fefers to the CPU fsb not the memory

For a 1333mhz FSB CPU at stock you will need 667mhz DDR2

While the fsb of the cpu is 1333MT/s, you don't need anywhere near that much bandwidth, which is why DDR2 667, which only has half the transfer rate can be used. You only need to match the fsb clock speeds not transfer rates.
