DDR2 memory queries?

I got some new tech toys at xmas and I want to know the est RAM to get DDR2 as I'll be overclocking my q9550 cpu and want better RAM than I've got

I'm not fussed on a price but if someone can give me a brand name and model I'll have a look

Also what's the highest speed I could overclock my 9550 chip to on 333 RAM?

sorry for the bump but what's the real life difference between 1066 and 800 RAM?Is there any point in getting the 800 stuff or will 1066 be better?
