DDR2 memory speed..

can u buy DDR2 memory at 533Mhz?

i was under the impression that DDR was at 533MHz and that DDR2 ran at speeds such as 667Mhz and up

DDR only officially went upto 400mhz (PC32000, tho ofcourse it went closer to 600mhz.

DDR2 starts at 400mhz (PC2-3200), and has so far officially went to 1066mhz (PC2-8500), tho it can do in excess of 1300mhz with the right chips and conditions.
